Kirikuchi Naoru sealant wounds, scars

Hi, I’m considering using Kirikuchi-Naoru to help closing two big (2 1/2" & 1 1/2") previously treated (filled) scars on a shishigashira shohin. I heard to use just a little, any comments about this product?
On the other hand I like to improve the look of some badly closed, bulged (2"+) scars on a large mature yamamomiji, any advice?

The Kirikuchi-naoru closes wounds faster than the other cut pastes I’m familiar with but the callus is often thicker than that produced by the others. I use it for big wounds on maples but not small wounds on maples. If you’re looking to avoid bulging, top jin, or the liquid cut paste are both good options for maples.
